We are extremely excited about our newly opened restaurant, Mac’s Local Eats, located in the heart of Dogtown. At Mac’s we earnestly believe in casual, made from scratch food that utilizes the best locally sourced proteins andseasonal produce.

From bacon and sausages to condiments and gravies, we make almost everything in house. We believe that doing so provides our guests not only with food that is less processed, but also considerably more delicious.

Mac’s Local Eats focuses on sourcing whole animals from small local farms, utilizing every part of the animal in the foods we prepare. ust like at our market, Mac’s Local Buys, we work with farmers who are committed to ethical treatment of their animals and the environment.

This unrelenting dedication to food preparation and our local community is our core belief. We can’t and won’t serve anything that doesn’t support this mission.
